SHIPMENTS IN CYPRUS
Orders are shipped exclusively through ACS courier.
The buyer is charged with € 7.00 shipping costs regardless of the total amount of the order. Shipping for Cyprus is also valid for orders over € 40.00.
Shipments to Cyprus are not made by cash on delivery.

10. Destruction of products during transport
Blossom Beauty Concept is not responsible for any delay or damage caused during the shipment of the order. Upon receipt, you must check the products immediately within 24 hours, so that in case of damage, we can claim legal compensation from our carrier. After checking the damage in our central warehouse, we will send you a new product.
11. Order cancellation

13. Returns policy
RETURN CASES (APPLICABLE TO SHIPMENTS IN GREECE)
In case you wish to return a product, you have the opportunity to do so within 14 calendar days from the day you received it, taking into account the following conditions.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original condition and its packaging has not been violated.
- Refunds on pencils, mascara, eyeliner, lip gloss, makeups, lipsticks, powders and products that come in direct contact with the skin are not accepted.
Returns on codes that are on offer are not accepted.
Returning a product you have the option to:
– Product Replacement
In case of replacement of a non-defective product, you should choose products of equal or greater value, as there is no refund or credit balance for your purchases.
For the replacement of a non-defective product you will be charged 5 €.

- Shipping cost of the new parcel: 1,5€

PROCEDURE FOR RETURN OF A BROKEN PRODUCT
In case of any defect, eg the product is broken in the package during shipment, replacement is made only if we are informed on the day of receipt. No replacement is possible beyond this time period.
In this case, the defective product is replaced with a new one and you will not be charged any additional charges. Please always follow the steps below:

NO MONEY RETURN.
